2. Dr. Latika Bhalla receives award at ADOLESCENT 2015
Another proud moment for Jeewan Mala hospital. The HOD of pediatrics Dr. Latika Bhalla won the 1st prize at ADOLESCENT a national level conference on Adolescent medicine held at Dayanand Medical College, Ludhiana.The topic of her presentation was Pattern Of Adoloscent’s Aggressive Behavior, Beliefs And Attitudes Towards Violence In School Children: A Threat To Our Peers.
Dr. Bhalla was also invited to present a paper on Internet addiction school going adolescent at PEDICON 2015 at Ashoka Hotel New Delhi. She also delivered a faculty lecture on recurrent abdomen pain in school going adolescents on 22 Jan 2015.
At The recent ENDOLAP held at Maulana Azad Medical College in January Dr. Malvika Sabharwal was invited to operate & showcase her surigical skills in front of an audience of surgeons and gynecologists. Dr. Malvika demonstrated new techniques in Laparoscopic Myomectomy removal of fibroid) Dr. Malvika has in past to her credit the recognition of removing the world’s largest fibroid of 6.5 Kgs Laparoscopically
